The trailer is also utilized at local events and by neighboring departments. We Utilize techniques such as Stop, Drop and Roll, the PASS acronym with fire extinguishers, and familiarization with sounds and lights commonly heard and seen from residential fire smoke alarms.

GTFD also instructs at the COOR Career Tech Education program offered at the Roscommon Middle School teaching high school students directly from the State of Michigan Fire 1&2 program. We provide safety education to the Roscommon High School students through the Health Education class as well.
